A similar report by Research and Markets released in August 2023 estimates that revenue for the same market was $59.35 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach 155.36 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.14%.

If the true figures lie somewhere in between, the fact is these revenues are much higher than the best projections that were available in 2018 when our original CoinPoker whitepaper was released. This is extremely encouraging and shows that online poker has been growing faster than anticipated in recent years.
